Why do we grow chillies?

I think there are several reasons for a true answer, but the by product of growing is eating them!! It’s a hard life!

Here I am providing a good foundation for the use of any our chillies that we sell, covering several cuisines and occasions

We have kept the recipes true to their origins so please bear that in mind with some terms of measurement and ingredients - we feel that the essence of the recipe is true to the chilli

Some of the recipes are in video format, so you get to see how it is made, which for some is needed, however some videos are not in English, but the pictures paint a thousand words. Some vids are by professionals, others are not and some are by some crazy people that are very entertaining to watch! Please have fun
