Single-Variety Chilli Sauce - 'Habanero'

This Habanero sauce is hot and fruity - made with 50% fresh habanero’s.

It's ideal for adding heat and flavour to spicy dishes, and a few drops go a long way when used as a table condiment (as served on the table at Wahaca Mexican Restaurant, Covent Garden).

Ingredients: Fresh Habanero chillies from our farm (50%), cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt.

This medium-hot, traditional Mexican sauce is made with our oak-smoked Jalapenos (Chipotles) and goes very well with eggs and chicken.

Try it with poached eggs or in a chicken wrap.

This sauce can also be added to sour cream to make a great dip.

Single-Variety Chilli Sauce - 'AJI'

Aji (pronounced aH-hee) is a Peruvian chilli with plenty of lemony flavour.

Especially great with fish, but goes with anything you wish to spice up

Can be used on eggs, or added to dishes as an ingredient - fresh clean chilli flavour

Ingredients: Fresh Aji Limon Chillies from the farm (50%), cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, salt.

As the name suggests this has 15 great chillies all combining to make a great chilli sauce fit for a king or queen!

The mixed chillies give a great lemony sharp twang that is great with anything you wish

For me the humble Jalapeno is a king amongst chillies, I just love them!

One of the hottest chillies in the world, this sauce is packed full of Naga Heat and fruity flavour

There is no extract in this sauce, so it is all natural and will give you the great Naga 10 minute burn
